Tony started with Western Energy Systems as a Service Technician in 2008, where he spent four years building customer relations and expanding on his gas engine expertise. He was then promoted to Field Service Manager in 2012. Under his direct leadership, the West Coast Service Team saw some of their most successful years by expanding their market, and driving growth, all while increasing customer satisfaction. In June of 2017, Tony became the first Non-GE Employee in North America to become a Certified Jenbacher Trainer. In October 2017, Tony joined the Technical Service department to continue to drive growth and share his knowledge with both internal and external customers.
Jeremy started as a field service technician learning from the best Jenbacher personnel in the U.S. before joining the Asset Performance Management and Training Team. While working in the service department, he obtained his BAS in Energy Management and is currently working on MS in Project Management. In July of 2018, Jeremy became a certified Jenbacher trainer to share his experiences with both internal and external stakeholders. Before working on Jenbachers, Jeremy worked for different generator service organizations and spent several years in the military. Jeremy looks forward to providing a rewarding experience for the end users by fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
